河流的英文也可以使用 stream（聽發音）這個單字來表示，stream 本身就是＂流、溪、河＂等意思，不過常用來形容某種＂流＂的概念，例如收入來源英文就可以說 income stream、意識流英文是 stream of consciousness，如果要單純的指河流，用 river 就可以了。
